THE AMY (Arya Marga Yoga) HIMALAYAN ASANA RETREAT WITH YOGACHARINI THANIDA PALAT : 17th – 21st October 2018
Soak in the summer monsoon Sun in the Himalayan foothills, while you train with Yogacharini Thanida Palat, in the Advanced Asana sequence of A-PTAK/ Advanced-Pancha Tattva Asana Kriya (5 Element Asana Techniques) in the picturesque Indo-Tibetan village of Bir-Billing.
The 54 Asanas of the A-PTAK will be methodically practised, along with all their relevant Assists, Breathing and Cautionary steps. Knowledge of the 5 Elements and the specific Elements within each Asana will be taught. The psychology and physiological effects of the Asanas and their Elements will also be covered during the course of the AMY HIMALAYAN ASANA RETREAT. Bir-Billing, where AMY is fortunate to be situated, is an exceptional mix of Tibetan, Indian and International people. Students wishing to dwelve deeper into the Essence of the Asanas, their primary and secondary elements, and their pshysiological and psychological effects, will also find the AMY HIMALAYAN ASANA RETREAT highly beneficial.
