Introduction to 4-Yogas

yoga and asana

AryaMarga Yoga is proud to present the 4-Yoga appreciation course, a five day intensive workshop introducing the integrated system of Yoga. The authentic teachings divide the practice of Yoga into 4 sections – to balance and amplify life-energy, to evolve the mind, to transform consciousness and finally to attain One-ness with universal consciousness. These 4 stages are known as Hatha, Mantra, Kundalini and Samadhi in Yoga. The course acts both as a precursor to Arya Marga Yoga’s more intense and exhaustive 5-month Anubhava Yoga TTC and independently, as a unique introduction to the ancient science of Integrated Yoga.

Experience in Samskrit is termed Anubhava and the 4-Yoga appreciation programme is designed to generate within the participants the inner experience of the 4 Yogas. In addition to practicing the  P-TAK [Pancha (Five) -Tattva (Element) Asana (Posture) Kriya (Sequence)] Hatha-Yoga Kriya, students get to appreciate and practice the distilled wisdom from ancient  non-dual texts such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, Mandukya Updanishad and Shiv Sutras.
