About the Anuttara Yoga Tantra TTC
Our only TTC taught outside of India, the 28 day Anuttara Yoga Tantra TTC, Portugal contains the distilled Essence of the 4 TTCs comprising the 5 Month 1100 Hr Anubhava Yoga Programme, conducted by AryaMarga Yoga in the Himalayan mountains of India.
Anuttara Yoga Tantra, the Lineage followed and transmitted by us at AryaMarga Yoga is the ultimate development of the eclectic and syncretic combination of the highest Yogas and Tantras.
In a word, Anuttara means ‘The Ultimate’ or ‘That Beyond which there is No More (to Question or seek Answer)’. Anuttara Yoga Tantra underwent it’s final developmental phase between the 8th to 10th Cent. A.D. in the regions of Oddiyana and Kamarupa, today’s Kashmir, Bengal, Assam and Orissa.
The system of Anuttara Yoga Tantra is meant for those who desire the quickest and most efficacious methods for actually experiencing the ‘theories’ or ‘SHASTRA’ of Yoga. The experiential nature of Anuttara Yoga Tantra allows the practitioner to integrate the techniques and theory into their everyday life, transforming their selves, their lives and their destiny, willfully, with compassion and inborn wisdom.

It must be strongly stated, however, that AryaMarga is not affiliated with Yoga Alliance or any other organisation as we are a stand alone institute. Our aim and objective is to transmit the authentic yogic teachings of the original Naga Lineage, founders of Hatha Yoga and Laya/Kundalini Yoga.
Roshan Palat, Founder & Anuttara Yog Tantra Vidya Teacher
Roshanji, the founder of AryaMarga Yoga Institute, embarked on a one-way journey to find his unknown Guru after relinquishing completely his vocation as a lawyer in 2007.
By the Laws of Karma, Roshanji discovered his Guru, Swami Maharaj Ganapat Giri, in a mountain forest close to the tiny mountain village of Silla, Uttarakhand in 2008. The 4 years spent with Swamiji was akin to a second birth for Roshanji. Instructed in Dreams and Waking state by Swamiji, Roshanji was enabled to enter the hallowed portals of Great Anuttara Yoga Tantra, the Highest and Ancient Syncretic System of Yoga.
Upon the instruction of his Root Guru, Swami Ganapati Giri, Roshanji journeyed to Bir-bililng in Himachal Pradesh to receive initiation in Vajrayana Tantra from the world renowned Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo. The aim was to Integrate the Ancient Naga Order's teachings with the later developed Vajrayana Tantra system, both of which systems' origins lay in the teachings of 84 Mahasiddhas or Accomplished Masters whose immortal presence is eternal.
Thanida Palat, Co-founder & Hatha Asana Teacher
Cookie Ji, a citizen of Thailand, has been teaching various forms of traditional Hatha Yoga across Thailand and India. She has received advanced Hatha training from Kaivalyadham, Pune, Bihar Yoga Bharati, Munger, Sivananda Ashram, Kerala and JivamuktiYoga, New York.
Cookie ji entered upon her Acharya level of Hatha Yoga practice after receiving empowerment from Swami Maharaj Avadeshananda Giri ji, the Prime Guru/ Mandaleshwar of the ancient Naga Giri Lineage.
Cookie Ji conducts research and teaches at the AryaMarga Yoga institute where she is the Co-Founder of the Hatha Yoga Department.
The result was the 27 Asana PTAK (Pancha Tattva Asana Kriya) and 54 Asana Advanced PTAK that Cookieji was instrumental in developing, the mainstay of our Asana system.
Cookieji also developed, over the years, the Somatic Asana sequences for the prevention of 22 lifestyle diseases under the guidance of Roshanji, which sequences are taught in our Somatic Therapy TTC.
Akshat Madan, Somatic Therapy Teacher
As a former financial advisor in his past life, Akshat achieved success by societal standards, but an inner void lingered. A life-altering experience with psychedelics shook him to his core, prompting a profound quest for meaning.
Akshat set out to travel the mystical pilgrimage sites, land of Yogis and Sages. He began to experience a profound sense of connection to nature and was spellbound by the beauty and diversity that India offered. The outbound journey ignited a silent inner awakening and he discovered life as an unfolding tapestry, constantly evolving. However, Akshat found it almost impossible to make any coherent sense of his spiritual experience.
The thirst for knowledge remained unsatiated. It was during his meeting with Roshanji, that an instant and deep connection was formed to a living lineage of yogic masters. He took the quantum leap and decided to fully immerse and dedicate himself to this new lifestyle, and since 2015 he’s been joyfully travelling with AryaMarga Yoga, practicing, learning and teaching the 4 Yoga system of the 84 Mahasiddha Lineage.
Marynia Jacher, Pranayama & Kriya Yoga Teacher
Maryna has spent much of her life journeying across continents, both as a guide and a seeker, uncovering paths toward self-discovery. Her boundless curiosity for human nature, the power of the mind, and the silent language of the body has led her to immerse in diverse practices, gathering wisdom from many cultures. With joy, she shares the art of meditation, even as she continues her own studies, blending the knowledge of Latin America, Asia, and beyond. Her five months at Arya Marga School left an indelible mark, deepening her perception of the world. Outside her pursuits, Maryna treasures peaceful walks with her two beloved dogs, embraced by nature’s quietude, a good tea, and friendly meetings with thoughtful discussions .
