Transformation of Self Leads to Transformation of Reality

This is the very essence of all Tantras. But we all know how difficult willful transfomration can be and so, in order to achieve this transformation, the Great Master/Siddhas of the Anuttara Yoga Lineage have handed down to us the Internal and External Tantra,

The Tantra Appreciation workshop will introduce the participants to the secret Lineage techniques of the Internal & External Tantras in the forms of the Great Mahamudra and the Esoteric 6 Yogas of Naropa.
The Internal Tantras, through the technical Dhyana practices of the Mahamudra, deal directly with the Mind and give to the practitioner a direct glimpse of Pure Consciousness, the essence of Immortal, unborn Self. 
On the other hand, the External Tantra gives rise to the experience of Reality in its Magical essence and the Self as the Deity of Magic.
This phantasmagoric experience of Reality & Self is achieved within our workshop thorough the practice of Dharana techniques enshrined in the 6 Yogas of Naropa. 

In the Secret Tantra Workshop, you will be enabled to:

  • Understand the foundational Raja Yoga Theory for the practice of Mahamudra Tantra 

  • Practice the Mind Control/Mind Awareness and Mind Transformation techniques of ancient Mahamudra Tantra

  • Travel around the Great Temples sites of mythic Gokarna

  • Understand the basics of the Tantric View of Self and Reality 

  • Practice the Somatic Therapy techniques of the 6 Yogas of Naropa

  • Practice the Dharana Self Transformation techniques of the Tantric Mirror Self

  • Learn the Theory & Method of Tantric Yoga Nidra or Lucid Dreaming

  • Roam the quaint and calm beaches of Hippie Gokarna

  • Take walks along the lovely forested coastline

  • Soak in the freedom of nature at our Host Centre, forest eco-resort on the beach which we share with a family of shy Great Langur monkeys
